How early should I reserve my booking?
To secure your preferred date, we suggest booking between 2–3 weeks ahead, and if planning for high season, which is between May and September. For business gatherings and personal celebrations, arranging your event 4–6 weeks in advance is ideal for ensuring availability and customization.
What occurs if the weather is unfavorable?
Your safety is our highest concern. Should the weather be unsuitable, as determined by our captain, we provide the option to reschedule or issue a complete refund. Weather predictions are monitored thoroughly, with updates provided to you should the forecast be concerning 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure.
Am I permitted to bring my own edibles and beverages?
Certainly, you are allowed to bring your own provisions. We also offer exceptional dining services with customizable menu options to align with your taste preferences. Do take note, for safety concerns, bringing any glass vessels is not permitted on the yacht.

What are the terms of your cancellation policy?
If you cancel 72 hours or more before your charter is scheduled to begin, you are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel within 24–72 hours, you're eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations occurring less than 24 hours before departure will not be refunded, with exceptions made for cancellations due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical issues on our part.
